Exclusivity
When registering with CBP Aerial Arts, you commit to exclusively taking classes with CBP Aerial Arts for safety reasons. Flying at another studio at the same time will result in your registration being terminated.
Cancelation Policy
Private Classes
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you are still responsible for paying the full amount of the class you booked.
Students taking weekly private classes have 4 ''last-minute cancelations'' for the year (cancelation less than 24 hours before appointment). If you use one of your 4 "last-minute cancelations," the class needs to be rescheduled in the same week to avoid paying for the full service booked.
Semi-Private Classes
If you cancel your semi-private less than 24 hours before the class, you are still responsible for paying for the full amount of the service you booked. You can make up your class by joining Aerial Flexibility on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. or by doing Open Studio if you have previousely taken classes at the studio.
Group Classes
If you miss your group class or workshop less than 24 hours before the class, you are still responsible for paying for the full amount of the service you booked. You can make up your class by joining Aerial Flexibility on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. or by doing Open Studio if you have previousely taken classes at the studio.
Required Outfit
To practice aerial arts, the following outfit is required:
- Hair up
- Tank Top or T-Shirt or Leotard
- Long Sleeve (no hoodie, no zipper)
- Leggings
- No jewelry
